Carnelian Heart Palm Stone

For when you're ready to move, create, or trust yourself more fully.

Carnelian Heart Palm Stone is offered as a supportive tool for courage, creativity, confidence, and forward movement. Choose it for the intention or practice that feels most relevant to what you're tending right now.

If you are a gentle soul with big dreams but don't necessarily like the spotlight, Carnelian will help you fulfill your goals with the loving guidance you need to succeed! It will help those who wish to build their confidence and courage and increase their passion and sexual desires, and willpower.

To work with Carnelian, you can wear it as jewelry, carry it in a pouch or pocket, or hold it in your hands. You can meditate with it, set it in a special place in your home, or place it on your altar.

However you choose to work with the energy of Carnelian, may it serve you well.

How to work with it: Bring it into reflection, meditation, intention-setting, ritual, or your everyday environment as a physical reminder of where you've chosen to place your energy.
