Shungite Sphere

For when you need to feel grounded and protect your energy.

Shungite Sphere is offered as a supportive tool for grounding, boundaries, and intentional protection. Choose it for the intention or practice that feels most relevant to what you're tending right now.

Shungite prepares you for light body activation, cleansing, balancing, and aligning all body particles. It is a stone of truth, amplifying the discomfort connected with falsehood or negativity. Its purifying influence can rid one of the negative emotional patterns. Shungite purifies the body preparing for transformation with a significant infusion of spiritual light that can transform and dispel disease or negative energy.

Hold this sphere during meditation, or use it as a centerpiece to your crystal grid. However you choose to work with the energy of Shungite, may it serve you well.

How to work with it: Bring it into reflection, meditation, intention-setting, ritual, or your everyday environment as a physical reminder of where you've chosen to place your energy.
